S-p-i-c-y G-o-o-d-n-e-s-s!! 25 minutes 4 servings Ingredients 4 pomegranate pucker Yummy Earth Organic lollipops 6 large jalapeno's 3/4 cup Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce 12 16 oz. pieces of bacon 1 8 oz.cream cheese 1 medium white onion cutting into 1 inch long slices Directions 1. Unwrap suckers and place into a ziplock bag. Crush till powdered with hammer. Remove sticks and set aside. 2. Cut jalapeno vertically right down the middle. With spoon scoop under stem so that it looks like a little canoe. Take out all seeds. Set aside. 3. Sprinkle each piece of bacon with sucker mix. Set aside. 4. Spoon cream cheese into jalapeno till almost full. Place onion piece on cream cheese and wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpicks. Set on a cookie sheet. 5. Heat oven to 400'F, place jalapeno's on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and baste with bbq sauce. Return to oven till done. Or, BBQ on medium heat for 25 minutes on highest rack. Place foil below to prevent bacon from burning. Baste with bbq sauce after 15 minutes of grilling. 6. Remove all toothpicks and place on large plate and enjoy!
