light lemon bundt cake recipie that is fast and easy to make 1-1 1/4 hours serves 12 Ingredients 3 sticks or 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine 3 cups sugar 5 eggs 3 cups flour 2 tablespoons lemon extract 3/4 cups 7-up or other lemon/lime flavored soda 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar enough to dust the top of the cake Directions Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy approximately 20 min. Add eggs one at a time beating between each egg. Add flour and Lemon extract and beat together completely. Fold in 7-up. Pur into a well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
