SPICY FRESH SALSA
Ingredients
5 medium plum tomatoes (ends trimmed; halved)
½ medium-large white onion
1 medium jalapeno; stem and seeds removed
½ bunch cilantro; large stems removed
½ tsp. salt
5 ½ oz. can spicy V-8 juice
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients into food processor with chopping blade.
  2. Chop on medium speed until desired texture is reached.
Hint: If you like a chunky salsa, use pulse button until desired texture.
