Apple Pancakes

Wonderful european pancake with apples and cinnamon 10-15 min until golden brown 4 servings Ingredients 3 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 pkg vanilla sugar if available 1 egg 1 cup milk 3 apples peeled and thinly sliced cinnamon sugar Directions mix all of the above ingredients together until pourable consistency may have to add some more milk put pat of butter in 9" fry pan over medium flame melt pour batter to fill bottom of pan approx 1/4 cup place sliced apples across entire top of pancacke when golden brown on bottom turn pancake and cook again until golden brown sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve - Can be served as a light lunch - dinner - or with ice cream for dessert GREAT RECIPE!
