Ingredients
6 boneless chicken thighs
1/2cup orange juice concentrate
1cup soy sauce
1tsp oriental 5 spice
1tsp ground dry ginger or 3tbsps chopped raw ginger root
1tsp dry garlic powder or 3tbsps chopped raw garlic

Directions
combine all ingredients, marinate instantly with your vaccuum sealer in a 1/2 gallon mason canning jar or overnight in fridge.drain marinade
roast in convection oven 375 degrees 40 mins.
the acid in the orange juice tenderizes the meat..I marinate for 3 days works well on tough beef as well and chicken wings too.
