Baked Pineapple, goes well with beef, pork, ham or lamb. Served warm, cold or room temperture. Also excellent to spread on bagels or sandwiches. 40-50 minutes 2-4 Ingredients Large can of Crushed Pineapple juice and all, 1/2 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, 2 whisked eggs, cinnamon optional Directions On top of stove, low heat, combine crushed pineapple with juice, sugar, and flour. Bring to a bubble, then stir in whisked eggs. Pour into a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-fat cooking spray, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes depending whether or not the recipe is doubled or tripled.
