A rich pork stew with just enough of the right seasonings to make you think you are eating out in Europe. 30-40 mins 4 servings Ingredients 1 1/2 pd pork tenderloin cut into cube size pieces 2 carrots diced 2 celery sticks diced 1 medium onion diced 1 clove of garlic 3 cups of beef stock 1 tsp caraway seeds 1/2 tsp nutmeg salt and pepper to taste 2 tsp tomatoe paste Directions Brown the onions in a 1 tblsp of olive oil until translucent, add carrots and celery, add 1 tblsp flour and stir to make the beginnings of a raux, add your beef stock and all other ingredients and cook for 30-40 mins.
