Best Ham Sandwich Ever

An easy to make, delectable sandwich. Perfect when you want to dress up a simple meal. 10 Minutes 2-6 servings depending on size of loaf Ingredients 1 lb sliced deli ham 1 medium to large soft french loaf 1 wedge brie 2 tsp soft butter or margarine 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbs light brown sugar 1 tsp dijon mustard 2 medium pears any type sliced into 1/4" thin pieces Directions Slice loaf lengthwise to make a top and bottom, butter both Unwrap brie and remove wax coating - slice and evenly space pieces on both top and bottom of buttered bread. Set aside Heat Broiler to High. In a snall bowl mix together, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar and dijon mustard, stir until all ingredients are blended. In a Medium "GreenPan" Saute Pan over medium heat add ham and slightly cook. Add cider/mustard mixture to ham and toss until all pieces are coated. Lower Heat do not over cook Place prepared bread with brie under broiler and cook until brie is melting and sided of bread are browning. Remove bread from broiler, cover botton half of bread with sauteed ham, lay on slices of pear and place top on. Slice accordingly.small slices for apps - larger for meal
