I purchased this over a year ago and LOVE IT! The new no-drip spout is great. My daughter raved about it so much that I came back to order this one for her Christmas gift. She'll be soooooooo happy. One thing to watch, you must push the coffee basket into position until it CLICKS or you may get a mess. The other reviewer must NOT have pushed the coffee basket in far enough. I've never had ANY problems otherwise. GREAT item

Had coffeemaker 3 days easy to program watch it closely. This morning found coffeegrounds all over counter. Steam or water built up in filter basket and popped the filter basket just enough to overflow. The filter basket doesn't seat properly the sneak a cup feature pushs coffee pot forward on the warming plate.
Returning things is such a hassle, usually loose shipping cost. This pot isn't worth the money. Should have just gotten a cheapie. They usually last just as long less hassle.
