Cabbage n' Apples

Side dish....or with sausage - main entree 30-40 minutes 4 Ingredients Small head of cabbage 4 apples 2 medium onions 2 teaspoons cinammon 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 stick of butter seasoned salt and pepper to taste Directions use a larger size skillet for preparation.... melt butter........shred cabbage, slice onions, core and slice apples, minced garlic.....add contents to skillet over medium heat...cover and let contents sweat , stirring occasionally. When mixture becomes pliable/near finish - add cinammon, salt and pepper to taste........for non vegetarians, thinly sliced smoked sausage added to contents adds a nice touch also.
