An old favourite with nice presentation, north german or dutch or polish cabbage and potatoes good enough for a restaurant 30 min 4 Ingredients whole white cabbage ham pieces chicken broth potatoes salt/white pepper Directions put the cabbage into hot water to soften the leafs so you can take them off as for cabbage rolls. peel, half and boil potatoes in salt water for 20 min and make mashed potatoes do not use butter or milk just some chicken broth, add salt/pepper to tast use a little more pepper than you usually would mix potatoes and ham and roll into cabbage leafs but in oven safe pan add some broth and bake for ~30 min at 350 serve hot put cabbage
