spicy, but not overyly 1 hour 6 Ingredients 1 red bell, finely chopped 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 1 carrot, finely chopped 1 stalk of celery,finely chopped 1 stick of unsalted butter 2 tablespoons of creole seasoning 1 can of green chilis/tomatoes 4 boneless chicken breast, chopped 1 can 98% fat free mushroom soup pan of steamed long grain rice Directions 1.melt butter in large skillet, add all chopped 2.add creole seasoning and green chilis/tomatoes 3.cook for 1/2 hour on low until veggies are soft 4.add chicken cook for 1/2 hour 5.add mushroom soup, mixing thoroughly until competely mixed and heated through. Serve over rice... add garlic bread
