Spicey , Garlic Chops with Green Beans. 1 hr 4 Ingredients 4 Pork Chops, Nice size 2 cans of Sliced New Potato DRAINED 3/4s of a Stick of butter Black Pepper enough to cover whole chop 2 tsp. Garlic Powder 2 tsp. Onion Powder 2 cans of Whole Green Beans do not Drain. Salt to taste Chicken Frying pan is needed. 1 sm, onion sliced into 1/2 rings. Directions Season Both sides of Pork Chops with 1 tsp Garlice and 1 tsp Onion Powder. Add more if needed. Season one whole side of each pork chop with Black Pepper. Making sure to cover the whole Chop with Black Pepper. Melt butter in chicken Fry Pan, then place chops in Black Pepper side first. Let brown. Flip over brown other side. This should take about 2mins per side. Add two cans of green Beans , Water and all. Do not Drain. Add the rest of the Garlic and Onion Powder to pan. Add some more black pepper about 1 tsp or to your taste. Add Salt, I use about a 1 tsp. Bring to a boil, Add your onions that are cut into rings, Rurn down heat Cover the pan and let simmer for about 30 mins covered. Then take lid off. Add the 2 cans of Sliced New Potatos. Now Cook uncovered for another 30 mins. You want most of the juice to cook down. Leaving about 1/3 of a cup in bottom of pan. this would be just enough Juice to cover each Chop with a few Tablespoons of Sauce. Add water if needed as When done, place chops on 4 plates, Add the Bean, Potato onion mixure on side and pour some juice over each Chop
