One Pan Meal. Pork Chops Seasoned spicey Cooked along with Green Beans. 1 HR Four Ingredients 4 Pork Chops or Cut Loin 2 cans of Whole Green Beans or French Style 4 TBLs of Butter Garlic Powder not salt Powder only Black Pepper Red Pepper flakes, if you like it hot Salt to taste Water Directions Use a Chicken Frying Pan. Do Not Drain Liquid from Green Beans, Melt butter in pan Season both sides of Pork with Garlic Powder and Black Pepper. Make sure to coat well with Black Pepper. Place Pork in Frying, Brown Each side. 3 mins or more per side until brown. Dump both cans of Green Beans Liquid and all into frying pan with pork. Sprinkle a little salt, Black or Red Pepper and Garlic Powder on beans. Bring to a boil , reduce to a simmer and cover. Keep on eye on it while cooking, you may need to add more liquid to allow this to simmer very very low for 1hr. Cook Uncovered for the last 20mins, allowing liquid to cook down. You should end up with most the liquid evaperated , leaving about 1/4cup of liquid. Serve with Mash potatoes and put a few teaspoons of Liquid over the pork chop.
