Cupcake with a carmel center
I have made this several times in a cake form by after baking poking holes with the handle of a wooden spoon into the cake. I figured i would try this as a cupcake and everyone seemed to like it even more. 15-20 Min 12-24 Ingredients Yellow packaged cake mix Hard shell ice cream topping must be hardshell or won't work Whipped Topping Heath toffee pieces or crumbled up candy bar Directions Prepare cake mix as directed. Place cupcake liners in the pan fill 1/3 or 1/2 full with batter. Place rack on top of pan and bake as directed. Once cooled remove rack and fill the centers with the carmel hardshell topping. Refrigerate for a few hours or over night and before serving top the cupcake with Whipped topping and sprinkle with either toffee chips or a crumbled up candy bar.
