Delicious spicy Mexican beef 30 minutes 4 Ingredients Brown cubed beef in vegetable oil at medium heat, add onion and sauté until onions are clear. Add ground cumin, garlic, salt and pepper and cook for two to three minutes. Then add flour to beef and onions and cook for about 2 - 3 additional minutes. Slowly add 8oz of water, then the tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer on low heat 30 minutes. Serves 4.
