This is the tastyest chicken you will ever eat. The longer it is marinated the better it will taste. You can not burn this chicken as it will still be the juicest chicken you have ever eaten. tastes great as a main course or on a club roll. This is my most requested receipe. 7-8 minutes on each side 6 - 8 people Ingredients Ingredients: 6 - 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts filet halfed thickness 2 cups Creamy Caesar Dressing 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup prepared mustard of choice yellow, spicy, brown, Dijon, or Creole 2 - 3 cloves garlic finely chopped Or more as I use about an entire head as my family and friends as garlic lovers 1/4 Pecorino Romano cheese Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Directions Directions: Whisk together all above ingredients except the chicken and set aside. Wash the chicken and trim of surface fat and pat dry. Place chicken into marinade, and chill at least 8 hours or preferably overnight. Grill on outdoor gas or charcoal grill until completely cooked with nice grill marks,or you can and I have used the Wolfgang puck reversable indoor grill and it still comes out terrific.
