1/2 lb. ground chuck,salt, pepper to taste,chopped onion to taste, 1 Tbl. water, any cheese you like.

Directions
divide meat into 2 equal patties, a little larger than the bun, place cheese on 1 pattie, top with other pattie and seal edges. Put in bag and grill for 7 min.
