Chicken, Bacon Augratin

A delicious, cheesy, chicken and bacon potatoe casserole that makes for a quick, flavorful meal. 25 minutes 5 Ingredients 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 boxes of Au Gratin Potatoes milk butter boiling water bacon bits Directions Cut your chicken breast into small cubes and saute in pan on low heat in a little bit of olive oil. Drain any oil left after chicken is cooked. Add the 2 boxes of Au Gratin potatoes to the chicken and make the potates according to the directions on the box. Cook on low until the potatoes are done. This usually takes about 25 minutes. Take the pan off of the heat and sprinkle the bacon bits on top of the potatoes. Serve along with a delicious salad or other vegetable.
