Fantastic italian dish with an american touch! 25 min 3 Ingredients -1 lb chicken breasts -1 large yellow pepper -1 can stewed tomatoes -1/4 yellow onion chopped -1 garlic cloved crushed -1/2 lb angel hair pasta cooked -3tbs, 1tbs extra virgin olive oil seperated -3tsp garlic salt -2tsp ground black pepper -1/8c finely chopped fresh oregano -1/8c finely chopped fresh basil -1/4c dry white wine Directions 1. In a bowl marinate the chicken with 3 tbs olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper, oregano and basil overnight 2. Brown the crushed garlic clove and chopped onion in 1 tbs oil in a large skillet 3. Cut chicken into small chunks and add chicken and brown with onion and garlic 4. After chicken starts to brown cut the yellow pepper into long strips and add to the chicken 5. Place the can of stewed tomatoes in a blender and blend until completely smooth 6. Add to the chicken and peppers 7. Let simmer with a lid for about 7 min 8. Add the 1/4c white wine and fresh oregano and basil finely chopped to the pot 9. In another pan cook the pasta in slightly salted water until el dente and drain 10. Mix pasta with a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking together 11. Cook until chicken is throughly cooked and the juices run clear 12. Serve over the pasta garnished with basil leaves
