Chicken Empanadas if your a Vegetarian just substitute the chicken for a veggie

Yummy Snack or a Quick Dinner !! And if your a Vegetarian then substitute the chickin for your favorite Veggie !! 12 - 15 min. Varies Atleast 4 Ingredients 1 - can of chunked chicken you can use boneless chicken too this is just easy to use its already cooked de-boned and chunked up ... its found on the same isle as tuna 1 - Package of softened cream cheese 2 - Cans of biscuts 10 biscuts in ea can ...i like the texas style A dash of seasoning ... i use Ms.Dash seasoning !! Directions 1. Preheat oven to the degrees the biscuts say usually 350 i believe 2. Drain can of chicken 3. Blend the softened cream cheese and which ever seasonings you prefer 4. Add in chicken and blend until well mixed. 5. Flatten biscuts with a rolling pin. 6. Add about 1 tbsp. of the mixture to each biscut. 7. Fold over biscut and pinch together. I use a fork to press it together it makes a nice design and holds well. 8. Place on ungreased baking sheet about 1in apart. 9. Bake until golden brown about 12 to 15 min. Enjoy !!!! My family loves these with garlic mashed potatoes .. Yum !!
