Named by my little neice, a real fan of the "H.P." books, these are crunchy treats somewhere between a cookie and candy. 10 - 15 minutes 8 to 10 Ingredients 1 - 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup toasted pecans broken into pieces 1 - 5 ounce can of chinese noodles 1/4 teaspoon instant expresso 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Directions Lightly toast the pecans in a toaster oven or regular oven and break into pieces. Melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler. Mix the expresso with the vanilla extract and stir into the melted chocolate. Fold in the toasted pecans and chinese noodles by hand until covered in the chocolate mixture. Quickly spoon out onto wax paper using two spoons. It's a race because they set quick.
