TOO TIGHT LADY IN TEXAS

LOVE THE FLATWARE, THE CHEST IS TOO SMALL AND TIGHT FOR THE FLATWARE TO FIT. I HAD A HARD TIME PLACING THE FLATWARE, TOOK TO LONG TO PLACE THE FLATWARE IN THE CHEST. NEED TO BE A LITTLE LONGER AND MORE ACESSABLE TO LAY THE FLATWARE IN WITH EAST. THE CHEST IS NICE, I''M GOING TO KEEP IT, MAYBE IN TIME THE ELASTIC WILL GIVE A LITTLE.

GLUE SMELL DOES NOT GO AWAY / Dolly, FL

Like the 5 other products I bought from Cowie this too is JUNK. It stinks to high heaven from the glue used. Made in "China" so cheap glue!!! One reviewer said leather smells too. True but leather smells wonderful and this is offensive. Tried to air it out in my dining room for a week it just stunk up the room. HSN PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS MAN SELL ANYMORE OF HIS JUNK ON YOUR STATION!!

I was willing to take the chance. I avoid items made in China. They do promote slave labor,in China.I tried to look at who was representing the products. HSN and Colin Cowie. I received my storage chest first. The flatware was on backorder. Now that I have received my flatware,I am not as impressed as I was while watching and listing to the presentation of the two items mentioned. I can not return the chest(because my 30 days are up).

I bought the silver and the "designer" gift box and the silver doesn''t fit into the box. When we called to complain we were told to look on the website and we would see how to assemble the silver in the box. After having read other reviews we realized that the gift box was ''MADE IN CHINA". This says it all. Why doesn''t Mr. Cowie try to fit the silver in the box before he sells these expensive items to the public.

I like the chest..very modern. People..I''m sure the "smell" will go away after you let it air out..jeez-- even leather smells! I would keep it but since I''m not keeping the flatware set I see no point.
