Great for cookouts. Everyone loves a bit of "kick" and this salad does the job. 10-12 minutes for pasta 8-10 Ingredients 1/2 red pepper 1/2 orange pepper 1/4 green pepper 1/3 block sliced pepper jack cheese 8 grape tomatoes 1/4 vidella onion minced 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato vinagrette dressing 1/2 teaspoon parmashan cheese Dash of salt and black pepper 1 box bowtie pasta or your favorite pasta salad pasta Directions The prep time is 20 minutes due to the time spent chopping. Mince onion chop all peppers cut cheese to small pieces cut tomato to small pieces. While chopping cook pasta. Drain pasta to al-dente no one likes over cooked pasta salad. Toss chopped peppers, tomatoes, and cheese to pasta. Add sun-dried tomato vinagrette dressing. Add parmashan cheese. Season with salt and pepper dash of both. Toss gently. Refrigerate overnight to marinate. Next day, add thin slices of grape tomato and orange pepper to top. Thinly slice pepper jack and add to top to appearance. Serve.
