Beautiful & Very Large Capacity / Patricia, FL8/8/2007 This pan is beautiful, has a very good nonstick surface, has a very large capacity for food, and it cooked my food nicely on the stovetop and in the oven. I just cooked 8 crabcakes and I could have fit maybe 4 more in the pan. In the oven I cooked a ground beef casserole with cheese, tomato sauce, onions and an upper crust, and it baked perfectly without sticking. The heat conduction of the pan is wonderful, and the clean up is a breeze. It is a great pan for the stovetop and the oven.

I can keep things warm and then just place them on my buffet table! I''ve bought a collection of the different sizes of casseroles and other serving pieces and together they make a lovely table. (I''ve shared information about the collection with my friends and they are all ordering them!) This piece, in particular, is my favorite because of the size.
Excellent Cookware / Mary, TN1/13/2007 The size of this particular pan is absolutely wonderful...I bought an entire set of the Command Performance about 5 years ago, just skimming through channels one day. It was my first experience with ANY shopping from home, and because of the quality, performance, and style of this cookware over the years, I''m a huge believer in HSN. I am back again to buy this item because I''ve lost the bottom, (the pan) on my last move. I''m just going to have to have another one. :o)
