Good value for the money. / Gwen, CA10/31/2007 I priced carving sets for the holidays and this is a good value. For less than $25, you won''t get top quality, and there were a few knicks in the fork, but I wasn''t willing to spend big bucks for a quality expensive knife. For the occasional holiday turkey or roast, it''s perfect, and the box makes a nice presentation. The knife is pretty sharp, but I also bought HSN''s knife sharpener for $9 (it looks like a metal stick). A good deal all the way around.
