Cornbread muffin mix
Fruit Jam

Directions
Prepare muffin mix according to package
place paper liners inside the cupcake pan
fill the lines 2/3 full and place the rack on top of
the pan. Bake according to package decorations.
After muffins have cooled fill the centers with your
favorite flavor of fruit jam.
