The ulimate overtop fusion potato side dish combining two dissimiliar flavors held together by cream and cheese

40 minutes includign boilign and dicing potatoes

15 minutes

6 servings

Ingredients

____ 1 stick butter
____ 3 lbs potatoes boiled in their skins till tender cooled, peeled and diced
____ 3 not to ripe banana peeled and cut in 1 inch chunks
____ 1 cp heavy cream
____ 2 cps shredded Monterey Jack cheese
____ Chopped parsley for garnish
____ salt pepper


Directions
1st Melt butter in Wolfgang Puck Bistro 12" Covered Saute Pan
2nd Add potatoes and bananas to butter
3rd Cook turning occasionally till heat through and lightly
browned about 10 minutes
4th Add Cream and continue cooking till cream is bubbling
5th Stir in cheese and seasonings and serve immediately in the
Gordon Ramsay by Royal Doulton 11" Serving Bowl sprinkled
with parsley
