Creamy Corn Chowder Surprise

Creamy corn chowder with a marshmallow sweetness about 1 hour 6 Ingredients 2 cups Milk 3T flour 2 potatoes 2 stalks of celery 1 carrot 1 red pepper 1 onion 2 chives a handful of minimarshmallows salt and pepper lemon grass 1 12oz. can creamed corn 1 12oz. can whole kernal corn 1 12oz. can chicken broth 6 slices of bacon Directions 1. Rinse and peel the onion, carrot, potatoes, red pepper, and celery, and dice them 2. In a pan fry the 6 slices of bacon and when done, set them aside on paper towel to let the grease be absorbed. 3. In the same pan, throw in the onion, carrot, potatoes, and celery, after about 5 minutes take them out 4. In a large pot, combine the cooked veggies with chicken broth and add a little salt and pepper, one chive chopped, and a few pieces of chopped lemon grass. Cover it and let it cook for about 35 min. Halfway through add the diced red pepper. 5. In a mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup milk with the 3T of flour and stir until smooth 6. Put the milk and flour mixture in another pot and add the remainder of the milk. 7. Stir the mixture and bring it to a boil 8. Drain the whole kernal corn and add it to the pot with the milk and flour mixture, along with the can of creamed corn, and the handful of marshmallows. Continue stirring. Let it cook for about 15 minutes. 9. Drain the pot with the vegetables so that all you have left are the veggies, and add them to the pot with the corn. 10. Add another chive and a little more lemon grass and let it cook for another 5 minutes 11. Cut the bacon into little pieces and serve hot with the bacon bits on top.
