Cod fillets with Sour Cream and Parmesan Cheese 20 Min 4 Ingredients Cod Fillets, Butter, Sour Cream, Parmesean Cheese Directions Place Cod on Panini Grill and turn heat to medium high. Put a pat of butter on each fillet and then a dollop of sour cream and spread out. Then Generously Sprinkle Grated Parmesean Cheese on top. Do not close lid all the way and let the fish cook till flaky, I prop up the lid till it is almost touching. Let the cheese get nice and brown, I serve this with Butter and Garlic Rice and a Vegetable.
