YUM YUM YUM!!! a creamy pasta primavera that's a snap to make -- great as a side dish or main dish! I only used vegetables, but you could add leftover cooked chicken or shrimp to it i'd add the shrimp the last 5 minutes if raw to prevent overcooking 20 minutes 4 Ingredients 1 1/2 cups mulitgrain thin spaghetti, broken in half 1 7 oz box frozen vegetables with herb sauce -- i used broccoli, red & yellow sweet pepper, carrot blend in garlic-herb seasoning remove vegetables from steam bag 2 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup half & half, heavy cream or milk 1/3 cup grated parmegiano reggiano, or other parm cheese 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley 1/4 teaspoon dried basil salt and pepper to taste Directions throw it all in the rice cooker.... stir it up, close lid and push cook!! Check it for the consitency you like after about 10 minutes. I added a little more cream at the end and sprinkled with fresh grated cheese to serve.
