Ground beef in savory tomato sauce with capers,olives, red wine vinegar twenty minutes or more, to taste 4 Ingredients ground beef whatever you like, 1-T olive or canola oil, 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce, 1 T capers, 2T green olives with pits, salt, pepper, 1 T red wine vinegar or to taste Directions Saute beef in olive or canola oil, add chopped onions, garlic continue to cook till onions, garlic are translucent and beef is no longer pink. Add tomato sauce, capers, olives, salt, pepper, and continue to simmer 20 minutes or more till thickened. Add red wine vinegar to taste.
