I love these cookies. I am alone and don't need to bake two dozen cookies at a time. I bake two or three cookies at a time and have fresh, delicious cookies whenever I like. Mine came with almost two bags of dry ice in them.

My cookies were packed with dry ice so they were still in tact when I got them. Unfortunately the raw cookie dough balls taste better then the cooked product. The cookies had a peculiar taste I just couldn't say exactly what it was, but I know I didn't enjoy them.

Cookie dough NOT frozen,but the cookies were great.Bake at 11 min.Don't let set- they stay very soft.Some cookies don't have very many choc.chunks,but they are few.I've bought 6 boxes of preformed cookies and two tubs that you scoop.The preformed ones always make 4 dozen/box where the one's that I had to scoop don't.Wonderful cookies but don't cook until they're browning on the bottom unless you like crisp cookies.DO need to keep them frozen until delivery,so don't scrimp on the ice bags!

HSN returned my $$. IF these were sent with any dry ice, it wasn't evident. Cookies looked good, but were a big mushy mess - and they only came from NJ to WV.
Very disappointing :(
