What''s With the Negative Reviews? / Barbara, NV6/24/2008 I really can''t understand the negative reviewers It''s as if they wanted to prove to themselves it wouldn''t work. I''ve used these bags well over a year, first in humid Delaware and now in dry Las Vegas. They all worked as claimed. Strawberries don''t last as long as carrots, and getting them to last even a week is a victory as ripe strawberries last only 2-3 days. Follow the directions, put the produce where it should be kept,and your produce will last 2 to 5 times longer than without the bags.
Don''t be fooled / Robin, AZ6/8/2008 Horrible product don''t be fooled!I got $40 of veggies and fruit, lost all within 5days because the bags. Bananas on the counter in bag, looked great, inside was mush. Fruits in/out of fridge spoiled quicker that without the bags. Apricots spoiled like I never saw before. Sending back now. HSN obviously does no quality control, I was told so by one of their customer service persons a while ago. Too good to be true. I should get a refund for groceries lost while testing HSN product.
Love the Green Bags / Randi, TX6/5/2008 I ordered both the Lockin'' GreenBags and her other GreenBags and I love them all. They work very well and I''m very pleased with the results - I just wish the Lockin'' GreenBags were wider.
Missrepresented / Judy, NY5/31/2008 These bags do NOT work. After a few days in these bags, the vegetables were swimming in water, in the bags, and were rotten, even though they were put in fresh and dry. I can''t believe HSN would endorse such a faulty product. Do not buy. They are useless. If you wrap your vegetables in paper towels and then put in am ordinary food storage bag the vegetables stay fresher than in the green bags. HSN- Don''t sell these. They are awful.
Worthless / sarah, AZ5/19/2008 Lettuce mixes spoiled faster than if left in their original bag. I''ve noticed nothing good about these cheap items. Back they go.
