Super simple to whip up with ingredients that you may nearly always have on hand. none Several Ingredients 1-8 oz package cream cheese, preferably softened 4 oz cheddar cheese 1/2 package of dried beef 20 hamburger dill slices drained 1/2 t garlic bowder Freshly ground pepper to taste 6 to 7 dashes of hot pepper sauce 1 cup chopped pecans, almonds, or walnuts Directions First, using the medium-sized grating disk, grate well-chilled cheddar cheese. Remove from the work bowl and exchange the grating disk for the steel blade. Return grated cheese and all ingredients except the nuts to the work bowl. Process until thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Note: If you prefer more of a spread or dip consistency, add a splash or two of the pickle brine to thin. Empty the cream cheese mixture into a bowl lined with plastic wrap. Pull up the edges to start forming a ball shape and refrigerate until firm. When ready to serve, put nuts in the work bowl of the hand blender and chop to medium fine consistency. Empty nuts into a bowl large enough to accommodate the cheese ball. Refine the shape of the cheeseball before separating from the plastic wrap. Put cheese ball on top of the nuts and roll to coat. Put on serving plate and present with your favorite crackers.
