This a wonderful appetizer anytime anywhere. A nice glass of red wine with french bread and this wonderful appetizer is all you need for a nice quit evening. Enjoy, things may get HOT!!!

Ingredients
25 jalapenos
1-LB ground pork
1-8.oz cream cheese
6-8oz parmassean cheese


Directions
1. Cut Jalapeno's in half and clean out all seeds and veins.
2. cook pork in frying pan
3. After pork is cooked put in food processor to make fine.
4. Add cream cheese make sure to keep cream cheese at room temperatureand parmassean cheese to pork mixture and stir all ingredients together.
5. Stuff mixtures with the halves of the jalapeno's, place on a cookie sheet
6. Bake at 375 for approximetely 10-12 minutes, slightly golden brown on top
