Easy Beef & Broccoli

A classic easy recipe that infuses ginger and garlic with beef and broccoli 20 minutes 2-4 servings Ingredients 1 pound of beef tenderloin 1 head of fresh broccoli 1 medium yellow onion Texas Sweet 2 cloves garlic, chopped grated fresh ginger- about 2 teaspoons olive oil-about 3 tablespoons salt & pepper to taste 2 tablespoons chinese mustard 4 tablespoons soy sauce 1 can Campbell's Beef Gravy 1 packet of Uncle Ben's Boil in Bag Rice Directions Initially prep fresh brocolli into bite size pieces and cut onion into 1/2 inch strips. Cut beef tenderloin into thin strips, season with salt & fresh ground pepper. Saute beef in 10 inch chicken fryer over medium heat with olive oil until brown, remove from pan. Increase the heat to medium-high and grate ginger, add fresh garlic and the veggies-stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the brown gravy, chinese mustard and soy sauce and add in the beef. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. While mixture is simmering, cook 1 package of Uncle Bens Boil in Bag Rice in 3 cups of water in a microwave safe bowl for 15 minutes. Once done, drain rice and place on serving dish and top with Beef & Broccoli mixture.
