Easy Crock Pot Cheese Lasagna

This is a Fun recipe, you can also play around add what you want, as much as you want, use any size crockpot, perfect for parties, pot lucks anything! I use a Rival crockpot I got from and swear by, from HSN, it is a 5 1/2 QT 4-6 hours 6-12 depending on crockpot Ingredients 1 32 oz spaghetti sauce 1 box of lasagna noodles 2- 16 oz. ricotta cheese 1 1/2 lbs of Mozzarella cheese shredded parmesean cheese Directions Mix the spaghetti sauce half with water. Pour a enough sauce on the bottom of the crockpot to cover it, and put a layer of lasagna noodles down, cover noodles with a layer of sauce, then cover with a layer of ricotta cheese, then sprinkle parmesean, then add some mozzarella cheese, as desired to your liking. Then another layer of noodle, and repeat the steps until you get to the top, you can make however tall you want, the top will be only the noodles covered by the sauce, then add a little mozzarella cheese on top, Cook on HIGH for 2 hours then Low for 2, OR low for 6. When nearly done, with a hour left add more Mozzarella cheese on top. After cooled for storage, use snapware, spray with a thin layer of cooking spray first, to keep the container from dying red and store the lasagna.
