We used the hickory flavor smoker bag for fresh atlantic salmon, tuna, and also a beef brisket. This was great, and would recommend this product for anyone. I will re-order the alder flavor and additional hickory flavor soon. Will be great for anytime of the year. Excellent product and everything prepared was delicious and enjoyed by all.

This is the greatest product that I have tried to smoke ribs. The ribs came out so tender. This was the easiest thing that I have ever tried. No work. I let the bag do ALL the work. Thanks Emeril, for making me look like a great chef.

I've tried every cooking method and numerous recipes and tips, but making good ribs always eluded me, until now. The ribs came out so incredibly tender and had just the right amount of smokey taste. Clean up was a breeze. Can't wait to try chicken and other cuts of meat. I can't say enough about this wonderful product. Thank you Emeril and HSN. I make GREAT ribs at last!!
