I love to cook and entertain and having the right tools is important to ensure an enjoyable experience. I love All Clad pots and pans and have collected a few over the years but phewy(!) they're expensive. I thought I'd give this a shot after searching the internet for a good price on an ALL CLAD deeper saute' pan. So glad I ordered this. I've already used it almost daily. It's my go-to pan for searing meats then putting them directly into the oven. Less mess and thorough cooking.

This was my first purchased of Emeril Hard Anodized Cookware. I love this pan! Nothing sticks, easy clean up and cooks evenly! It has no harmful chemicals, so I know I am not transferring harmful stuff into my foods for my family. Try it! You can't go wrong here! I have spent hundreds of dollars looking for quality cookware and now I have finally found it! I am now waiting on my Emeril Hard Anodized 14pc. Cookware Set to arrive! Thanks Emeril!!!

This is my first Emerilware and it won't be my last either. It cooks so evenly and nothing sticks to it. Everything wipes off with a sponge and you don't have to use any cooking spray or butter on it. What a joy, I love it and am looking for more to buy.
