made of heavy-gauge anodized aluminum, designed to heat quickly and evenly and
provide excellent heat-retention. A 3-layer nonstick interior
coating—devised specifically for Emerilware hard anodized nonstick
cookware—makes this collection a kitchen staple for any home
chef. Features include a flared rim for drip-free pouring and
cast stainless handle that stays cool on the stove and has "thumbprint"
indentations to show you where to grip.

SUPER PAN--I LOVE IT!!!! / DONNA, KS7/31/2007 THIS IS A SUPER PAN. I JUST COOKED SALMON PATTIES IN IT FOR LUNCH. AND IT COOKED THEM SO EVENLY. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. I JUST BOUGHT THIS ONE TO TRY. TO SEE HOW THEY ARE. WELL THEY ARE GREAT. AND I AM GOING TO ORDER THE FULL SET. THANK YOU HSN AND EMERIL
