of cookware are made of heavy-gauge anodized aluminum, designed to heat
quickly and evenly and provide excellent heat-retention. A 3-layer nonstick
interior coating—devised specifically for Emerilware hard anodized nonstick
cookware—makes this collection a kitchen staple for any home
chef. Features include a flared rim for drip-free pouring and cast
stainless helper handles that stay cool on the stove and has "thumbprint"
indentations to show you where to grip.
