Emerilware stainless steel collection has a thick triple-layer bottom disk
of aluminum, copper and stainless steel, which is permanently bonded onto the
pan to ensure fast, even heat distribution. Features include a stainless
cooking surface for no flavor carry-over, flared rim for drip-free
pouring, tempered glass lid with stainless rim for see-through cooking and cast
stainless handle that stays cool on top of the stove and has a “thumbprint”
indentation to show you where to grip. With a combination of high performance,
versatility and excellent heat conductivity – you might actually be in culinary
heaven.
