Steel 4-Quart Chef's Pan with Lid is durable enough to stand
the heat and beautiful enough for you to use with pride. Developed by All-Clad
Metalcrafters and Emeril Lagasse, the Emerilware stainless steel
collection has a thick triple-layer bottom disk of aluminum, copper and
stainless steel, which is permanently bonded onto the pan to ensure fast, even
heat distribution. This pan features a stainless cooking
surface for no flavor carry-over, flared rim for drip-free pouring,
tempered glass lid with stainless rim for see-through cooking and cast stainless
handle that stays cool on top of the stove and has a "thumbprint" indentation to
show you where to grip.

Most beautiful pan! / , WI5/22/2008 I love this pan! It is not only aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but a joy to cook in. I have a disability so heavy things are hard for me to manage, but this isn''t as heavy as the other review lead me to believe.
