The set includes all the essential knives you’ll need, from a hollow-ground Santoku to a serrated brunch knife to a flat edge paring knife. The all-purpose scissors even come apart for thorough cleaning and easy sharpening. They have an inset in the handle designed to open jars and bottles. The knife sharpener has non-slip rubber feet and a soft grip handle. It even sharpens both left- and right-handed scissors.  Since 1814, Wüsthof has been making knives in the “Cutlery Capital” of Solingen, Germany.
