Glass top range / Edward, NJ6/28/2008 I ordered this with the idea that it could be used on on ranges. this is not true. If you have a glass top it will not work. There should be a warning about this in the write up. I had to send it back and it cost me additional shipping.
Must buy / Elizabeth, CA4/15/2008 This is a must have for any kitchen. I have used it on both sides and it works great. I will now be purchasing one for my mother.

I Love it, it''s easy to clean-up and cooks evenly.
My advise? Even though comes seasoned, for personal experience I reasoned before first use, brushed olive oil in both sides and put it in the oven 20 min. at 350 F.
Now it works like a non-stick pan, NOTHING sticks, and it''s great to make pan cakes, quesadillas and fat-reduced bacon.
Since Day One.... / Judi, AL2/26/2008 ...This Griddle/Grill has been become a part of our every day cooking. Love it, love it. It sits right on the stove top, especially good for breakfast. Also, great for steaks. My first try was frozen hash browns, expecting it to stick, but it did not stick at all. Excellent. Easy clean-up. The fat drains off, so very good for folks trying to watch the fat content.
