looks bad / dennis, KY7/17/2008 dont know how it will cook with but i do know that one lid and one pan were dented bad i went to send back but my wife said to keep hope it cook better than it looks
BAM-TASTIC Cookware!!! / Lisa C., NY5/9/2008 I just got this set because I also have the 10 piece set and I love them both! Cooking without non-stick is a new thing for me, but so far, so good. With all of the reports about non-stick coating being a cancer causing agent, we wanted to steer away from it. Cooking on stainless steel is much easier with Emeril''s tri-ply pans. It''s much better than any other stainless that I''ve tried & given up on over the years. I also have his knives and panini maker. Thanks again, Emeril!

I had been shopping around for several months for a set of stainless cookware to replace all the teflon pans that I have had for way too long. SUPERIOR STAINLESS STEEL SET / WAYNE, KS2/26/2008 THEY ARE SO CLASSIC.SUCH QUALITY.I AM SO GLAD THAT YOU USE THE STAINLESS STEEL RIVETS.AT LEAST WHEN YOU COOK.YOU WILL NOT GET THAT OLD ALUMNIUM IN YOUR FOODS.LIKE SOME OTHER SS THAT I HAD.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT.I WOULD ASK IF YOU COULD PLEASE MAKE A FEW EXTRA PIECES TO GO WITH THIS SET, TO SELL SEPARTATE.I WOULD LIKE A 11 OR 12 INCH CHICKEN FRYER WITH THE HELPER HANDLE.
