Cinnamon? What cinnamon? It's all hickory. Unfortunately it is just terrible. It is so smoked and has such a hickory flavor it is indigestible. It does not come in dry ice, or cold, just in a box (that's how smoked it is). The only reason I gave it one star is because you can't give it 0 stars. I can not tell you how terrible it is. So disappointing. I am very disappointed in HSN for selling this product. Another reviewer gave the bacon to their pet. I would not even give it to my pet.

I got this as an autoship for my husband who loves bacon. He found it too salty, so I cancelled future all shipments.

This bacon was too salty. I decided to give the rest to my puppy.Poor thing, his blood pressure went up. Does HSN test this stuff? This bacon is not edible.
