Father's Country Smokehouse Selection Includes:

• 1 lb. Boneless Country Ham Slices - handtrimmed and selected from the shank end of the ham, which is the most tender part. Number of slices per package will vary (usually 3-4 per package).
• 1 lb. Pepper Country Bacon
• 1 lb. Hickory Country Bacon
• Recipes

Product Features:

• Ham is sugar-cured and hickory-smoked
• Bacon is dry-cured, so shrinkage is reduced when cooked
• Pepper bacon is coated with a specially-selected coarse ground pepper for just the right amount of spice

Note: Father's country-cured bacon and ham can be stored unrefrigerated for 90 days or refrigerated or frozen for an extended period of time. The reason the meat needs to be refrigerated after opening is because of the dry cure process.
