I have been using this for a couple months. It''s great - for me and our earth. A person with dexterity problems would have difficulty but any one else should be fine. Please offer replacement filters.

Dirty Water

I brought the bottles thinking they worked as demostrated to carry to work.The bottle squirt water from the top and leak at the bottom. Some trash was in the water when I re-open the bottle.I am glad I didn''t drink any of the water.I also ended up wasting money to return them. Please don''t waste your money like I did.This is the worst product that I ever purchased from HSN.

I am very disappointed in this bottle. The water is hard to get out. The filter worked for about 3 days and then the black particles start coming out of the filter. I bought 2 sets. Unfortunately I cannot return them because it is over 30 days. Don''t spend your money on this product.

Rather Spend the money on bottled water

When I recieved the Fit & Fresh Pure I had high expectation that this will save a lot of money in water I purchase each week. Instead this product I spend excessive time trying to put water in and it was difficult to squeeze the bottle afterward. I literally could have die of thrist. On the top of this the water bottle leaked and the black stuff came out of filter. I wish the makers of this product tested the product before it was air. It is a good idea but it was not worth dollars I spend.

When HSN hosts stand and tout these products may I suggest that HSN use hosts that have actually used this product. It is understood that you want to sell a product but to sell one so falsely is shameful HSN. This is a good thought but poorly constructed and hard to utilise product. How much time DID HSN spend on quality management for you are the one selling it to YOUR customers!!!! You may discover that you lose some if this is the kind of false advertising HSN is engaging in.
